Vision

The Solidarity Network for Change and Sustainable Development envisions an equitable, developed, and human dignity-centered Afghanistan, where human rights, social justice, education, economic opportunities, and equal participation are accessible to all citizens, especially vulnerable and marginalized communities, enabling people to live in a safe, stable, and hopeful society.

Mission

The Solidarity Network for Change and Sustainable Development is committed to promoting positive social and humanitarian change in Afghanistan through activities in the fields of human rights, civil society, economic development, poverty reduction, education, empowerment, and research.

The organization works to document and report human rights violations, support civil and civic rights, coordinate with donors and partner organizations, implement development projects, and empower vulnerable communities in order to contribute to sustainable development and long-term social improvement in Afghanistan.

Core Objectives

1. Human Rights and Civil Society

• Documenting and reporting human rights violations in Afghanistan
• Supporting civil rights, civic participation, and social justice
• Strengthening civil society and promoting human rights awareness
• Advocating for the rights of women, children, and vulnerable groups

2. Economic Development and Poverty Reduction

• Cooperating with donors and national and international organizations to implement development projects
• Supporting economic and infrastructure initiatives in underserved communities
• Contributing to poverty reduction and improving livelihoods for vulnerable families
• Promoting economic empowerment opportunities for women and female-headed households

3. Education and Empowerment

• Supporting access to education, especially for girls and youth deprived of educational opportunities
• Providing educational, vocational, and capacity-building programs
• Encouraging youth participation in community development and social progress

4. Research and Studies

• Collecting, archiving, and analyzing research related to Afghanistan
• Conducting new research in social, economic, human rights, and development sectors
• Collaborating with academic, research, and partner institutions nationally and internationally
• Publishing reports and studies to support public awareness and informed decision-making
